Singapore office opening soft launch
Event branding for the Singapore office opening soft launch. We wanted to ensure that our brand is strong, amplified, and represents our APAC culture. We planned all of the creative with the events team and guided agencies from digital to video and print to staging.
The people, the team, the brand, and being open. The feeling of togetherness, collaborating across regions, countries, and globally.
We have a very big drive that keeps a library of illustrations and assets available. Curating to suit the needs in each region, our designs are flexible and there is always room to voice improvements and changes within the team.
Working cross-collaboration within the team from the start of the project brief until the end, such as Summit to forums and SKO to global brand guides/toolkits.
Understanding the needs of various regions and working towards the same goals as one helps us shorten timelines and reduce creating more rounds of designs.
Singapore office graphics
Our goal with the Singapore office was to localize and humanize the graphics because the office is also headquarters for the APAC region and it’s also where the VP’s office is located. We collaborated with various associates from across the globe and worked with leaders and vendors, as well as local artists, to harmonize the brand on multiple levels.
Producing diverse assets that can be used across all regions helps collaboration.
Being able to share ideas, collaborate, and voice our differences to build cohesive designs.
